In 2002 she took a leading role in a private family firm “Stamevski, doo”. Her responsibilities included work organization, market analyzing and human resources. Working on these tasks she acquired experience with team work, application of systemic concepts in organizational work, conflict resolution, employees training and incorporation of quality standards.
Since 2007 she owns Agency for consulting and management “Sistem-S” where she provides business consulting, counseling and implementation of systemic approach to organizational work.
